Educational Workshops
Throughout the open enrollment period for Medicare and Covered CA, we will have educational workshops presented by health programming facilitators that will discuss health literacy and help you learn more about Covered CA and Medicare options.
Covered CA Tabling Events
There will also be a series of Covered CA Outreach and Enrollment tabling events with certified Covered CA enrollment counselors from D’Access Central, Inc. The certified enrollment counselors will discuss and explain health coverage options as well as help individuals select the best plan to meet their medical needs and budget. They will also let individuals know if they qualify for low-cost or no-cost coverage through Medi-Cal or other services.
Important Open Enrollment Dates:
- Medicare: October 15 - December 7, 2024
- Covered CA: November 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025
- Medi-Cal: Year-round
