Description:

Celebrate Mexican Independence Day by making Papel Picado, the traditional hanging banners made by folding and cutting colorful sheets of tissue paper into creative designs. String them together and hang them outside for the celebration, and you can save your hanging banner to display for Dia de los Muertos. All ages are invited!

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
