Description:

Celebrate Everything Earth! Children learn about biodiversity and experience marine life up-close and personal with live tidepool animals, specimens and colorful puppets. Sea stars and preserved sharks are just some of the animals featured. Live tidepool animals include a variety of sea stars, sea urchins, hermit crabs, mussels, sea slugs, sea anemones, and keyhole limpets.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
