PATH provides the support that homeless individuals and families need in order to successfully transition from living on the street to thriving in homes of their own. They provide transitional housing, support services, and assistance for getting into permanent housing. PATH serves everyone, except those under the age of 25.

Outreach teams are typically providing services between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
