The Library will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 in observance of New Year's Eve
and will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in observance of New Year’s Day.

The use of cell phones and digital cameras make it easy to capture images and special moments with the click of a button. This was not always the case. In the past, both taking and developing images was a time-consuming process. Today, the ease of digital technology has eliminated the need for dark rooms and cumbersome equipment. To appreciate the present, delving into history provides a perspective on how photography has evolved over time.
