      • The U.S. Census Bureau published editions of the Statistical Abstract from 1878-2012. It provided comprehensive statistics culled from governmental and private sources, describing the social, political and economic condition of the United States. Due to budget cuts, the publication of this title ceased after the 2012 edition.  To check the library's holdings, search the catalog for Proquest Statistical Abstract.
