The Library will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 in observance of New Year's Eve
and will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in observance of New Year’s Day.

Los Angeles Public Library was given an exclusive interview with the living legend Dolores Huerta. Ms. Huerta is an American labor leader, civil rights activist, co-founder with Cesar Chavez of the National Farmworkers, which is now the United Farm Workers (UFW), and founder of the Dolores Huerta Foundation.
